The terms are simple, and brutal: you get exactly 10 seasons. Climb out of the basement, win promotion after promotion, reach Division 1, finish in the TOP 4 to unlock Europe... and then WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.

Do it fast and your name goes down in legend --- the earlier you lift the big-eared trophy, the greater your legacy score. Fail, and you will be remembered as the coach who almost made it.

💡 CAREER RULES: The TOP 3 of every division are promoted. Finish TOP 4 of Division 1 to unlock the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (played after the league season, modern format: 8-game league phase, then knockouts). After every season you may replace 3 players in the transfer window --- plus podium bonus signings (champions +3, runners-up +2, 3rd place +1). The higher your division, the better the talent your scouts can reach.

🎯 SCOUTING SECRET: Every player hides tactical traits under their OVR --- the highest-rated XI isn't always the best fit. Tactics matter A LOT, and rotating your squad keeps players fresh. In Division 4 don't expect superstars: your scouts shop at the flea market.
